Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The only products that does has a different processing time are the Premium Wooden Family Signs and the Generationla Family Trees which have a 3 to 5 business days processing time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking details (where applicable). 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on weight. We do not offer free shipping. Free shipping includes the cost of shipping in the product price and this causes the customer to pay for shipping multiple times over if they buy multiple products. To keep our prices as low as possible, we charge shipping separately and base it on weight (as the shipping companies do).

There are several shipping options available.

1. Letter post. For small products (less than 500g) you have the option to choose Letter Post. In this case the parcel is still sent in the same packaging, but will travel with the standard Post Office letter service. This does take a little longer.
2. Standard shipping. This options is available for all products. The default is to send products via courier, but for customers that live outside their delivery zone, Australia Post parcel post will be used.
3. Express shipping. For products that are needed urgently, we offer Express shipping. This is done through the Australia Post Express shipping and is available nationwide.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for all orders.

Please check the map at the bottom of the page to see the approximate pickup location before choosing this option. When your product is completed, you will be contacted with the pickup address.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
