The piece is made from an 18mm thick Okume wood panel that has been stained with a Walnut stain and then sealed.
The large Amazing Grace is cut out of acrylic and stuck onto the wood, while the rest of the verse is engraved and then paint filled.

For the smaller pieces, a sawtooth hanger will be installed for easy hanging, while the larger option comes with two rings attached on the back. You can then connect a string between these and hang it over a nail/hook etc. These rings are some distance down the wood, so the string should not be visible if you keep it short.
