Decorative Surname Plaque

Show your pride in your family with a beautifully personalised decorative surname plaque. Made from high quality acrylic, they can be attached to any flat surface (internal or external). This version is without the circle around it like the standard Surname Plaque, so results in a larger letter and text for the same size product.

These are made from 3mm acrylic – either black or white and either matte or black.

•  Your surname

Please note that all acrylic products are sent with the protective paper coating still attached. This can simply be peeled off.

To attach – I recommend 3M Command Velcro or 2-part Epoxy for a more permanent fixture.
