These beautiful exterior home signs are fully customisable to make them suitable for a wide range of applications. Houses, cattle stations, acreages, stables – you can find a beuatiful sign for any situation.
The signs are made from 18mm thick Merbau timber, which is perfect for exterior installations. If the sign will be installed under some cover, you can choose the “Under Cover” selection in coatings. In this case, I will coat the sign, front and back, with two coats of exterior varnish. If the sign will be in the direct elements, choose the “Full Exterior” option. In this case, I will coat the sign with four coats of marine grade external varnish.
The embelishments are cut from high quality matte acrylic. You can choose between either black or white acrylic. The white acrylic does stand out a bit more, but some images (such as the kookaburra) do not look good in the white.
Further there are also several images and fonts to choose from. And there are also 3 sizes to choose from.
Small – 40cm x 20cm
Medium – 60cm x 30cm
Large – 80cm x 40cm
Finally, there are 3 ways to attach the sign.
1 – No attachment – Choose this if you want to attach it with your own hardware.
2 – Tape – In this case, several strips of high strength external double sided tape will be added to the back. Simply peel the backing off and press against the wall for 30 – 60 seconds.
3 – Standoffs – In this case 4 standoffs will be added (1 to each corner). The standoffs are high quality exterior grade standoffs and will come with screws, wall plugs and instructions.
