This beautifully personalised family plaque is the perfect piece of decor for your family home. They are suitable for both interior or exterior applications.

They are made from either black or white acrylic, which is UV stable, so is perfectly suitable for outside.

You can also choose between gloss or matte finish. The matte finish doesn’t show fingerprints and other marks as easily.
Futhermore, there is now the option to choose a double layered design. Besides looking beautiful, they are also more durable with a solid white backing.

Personalisations included in the price are:

•  Your initial
•  Your surname
•  Names of family or other text across the top.
•  Family statement or other text along the bottom.
•  Established date (optional)
•  With or without hanging hooks (see the final design picture)

Please enter all the personalisation details in the appropriate boxes. If you do not want to include the establish date, please write “None”.

If you have a large family, please consider having the parents’ names at the top and the children’s names at the bottom. If the writing you inlcude does not fit, I will reduce the size of the font in some cases.

A design will be emailed to you within 2 business days for you to check and approve.
