Beautifully personalised Surname plaques.

These are made from 3mm acrylic – either black or white and now with the option of matte or gloss.

Acrylic is UV stable and can be used outdoor.

There is also a cheaper option made from black veneer MDF – please note that this option is not suitable for outdoor areas.

Personalisations included in the price are:

•  Your initial
•  Your surname
•  Established date (if required)
•  With or without hanging hooke (see the final picture which shows the family plaque with these)

Please note that all acrylic products are sent with the protective paper coating still attached. This can simply be peeled off.

To attach – I recommend 3M Command Velcro or 2-part Epoxy for a more permanent fixture.
